Digital business for a more friendly customer experience
The director of Mikrocop, Simona Kogovšek, participated in the digital round table hosted by Halcom on the topic of digital business. Other gusets were Aljoša Jerman Blažič (SETCCE), Gorazd Perenič (Perenič svetovanje), Boštjan Gaberc (Mikrografija) and Darko Škerl (Halcom).
The guests discussed how the progress of digitalization affects the business of their companies and their view on the situation and changes related to the corona crisis.
»InDoc EDGE is a Mikrocop cloud service used by companies in various industries, especially in the financial sector. We try to approach users by connecting and enabling those e-signature solutions that they already use. And as you know, Halcom's solutions are widely used in the financial sector, « said Simona Kogovšek.

As the guests of the round table emphasized, the need for secure digital business has grown, especially in times of crisis, when more and more services can be provided remotely. With appropriate solutions for e-signing, banks can more easily provide their customers with a better digital business.
